43rd Annual EMA Conference

After two years of successfully hosting virtual conferences, the Elephant Managers Association (EMA) is proud to announce that the Milwaukee County Zoo will host the 43rd annual EMA conference October 10-14, 2022. The conference will include a pre-conference workshop at the Milwaukee County Zoo, two days packed with live presentations, a day at the Milwaukee County Zoo, a banquet and silent auction, and a post-conference trip to Brookfield Zoo. Our host has partnered with the Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West in Wauwatosa, WI, for lodging and conference room accommodations. With the help of the EMA Board of Directors and the Executive and Conference Committees, the Milwaukee County Zoo will have the opportunity to showcase the features that make it a premier elephant program and an ideal location for attendees to explore. We are working to ensure this year's in-person conference is safe by abiding by Milwaukee County Zoo's COVID-19 policies. All conference attendees will have to be fully vaccinated to attend this year's conference. More information on our COVID-19 conference policy will be available soon.
